The Valentine is a double layer collar with heart cutouts on the top layer, inlay, and crystals in a random placement to fill the space between cutouts.
Please say whether you would like the hearts to all be straight up and down or “topsy turvy” in the Notes section. If you do not specify, the hearts will be all straight up and down.
As with all designs, if you opt for lining it will add approximately 3/8" to the total overall width of the main panel.
